Since 2016, Sarah Watson has been an administrator across district, middle, and secondary settings and is honoured to have worked to design learning environments that centre student agency, collective efficacy, and meaningful learning for every learner. Sarah is currently the principal of Canyon Falls Middle School in Kelowna, BC, where she is proud to be part of a community deeply committed to collaboration, belonging, and innovative practice.
